Before you arrive

Once we’ve received your treatment enquiry, you’ll obtain a detailed response from our team within no more than four days, including the treatment proposed and an estimate of the costs. If necessary, you’ll also be sent a letter of invitation enabling you to obtain a visa to enter Germany. There are plenty of excellent places to stay in Berlin for those accompanying you. Pricing & cost estimate

At Bethel Hospital, you only pay for the services you receive. After reviewing the documents from your current doctor, we’ll send you a detailed cost estimate. Following treatment, you’ll receive a complete invoice based on the DRG (Diagnosis Related Groups) system.

Language Assistance

On admission, you’ll be welcomed by an English-speaking member of staff, who will also be available to you as required during treatment. He or she will assist you with the formalities and also personal matters. If you like, we can also organize an interpreter for you.

Feel at home (optional services)

While at Bethel, you’ll stay in a one- or two-bed room. Your welcome pack includes a shower and wash set, free headphones, and a bathrobe (which must be returned at the end of your stay). Hand and bath towels are changed daily while bed linen is changed every two days.

Every morning you can select your meals for the next day from a menu. Coffee and cake are provided every day. Moreover, patients receive a bowl of fruit on arrival which is replenished as necessary. Portable refrigerators can be borrowed on request.

Telecoms, media

A phone card with no connection fee as well as a DVD player, fax connection and internet access (high-speed Wi-Fi) can all be borrowed. Patients can also receive a newspaper of their choice every day.
